BREWERS NOTES
The fact that our brewery is located in a decommissioned firehouse is not lost on us. Every day we are in awe of the brave fire fighters, law enforcement officers, medics, doctors and nurses. Station 1 is a tribute to all these folks who keep us safe and healthy. This beer has always acted as a playground for hops. In this round our brewer added Bru-1, Ekuanot, and Azacca. This combination presents pineapple and tropical fruit notes along with a soft but present bitterness.
