The FAQ
  • Q: I want to give this as a gift; can you keep it a secret?
  • A: Yes. Yes we can. Just use the "Gift This Membership" button and fill out the requested forms.  You will be sent a redemption code that is used to activate the membership!  Package it up nicely and present it as a gift anytime of the year!

  • Q: What happened to the Annual Club?
  • A: We listened to you, our customers, and made the club more flexible to your needs.  You can sign up for the monthly program with 2, 4, or 6 fills per months, based on your needs, and then change it up or pause it for a while.  You are in total control!  There is still the option for the Annual club if you wish it!
 
  • Q: Can I catch up my missed fills?
  • A: Unfortunately, no.  With the flexibility offered by our partner, Stitch.vip, comes the restriction that all monthly fills are use-it-or-lose it.  Please make sure to sign up for the club that is size just right for you.
 
  • Q: If I don't have a reusable crowler, can I get still get my fill?
  • A: Yes. If you do not have a reusable stainless steel crowler from one of our previous clubs, a new one can be purchased from us at a sizable discount. This discount is available only once per membership. If you do not wish to purchase a stainless steel crowler, recyclable aluminum crowlers will be used.
The Rules
  • Crowlers and pints can be filled any day when Oswego Brewing Co. is open and during regular business hours unless Oswego Brewing Co. establishes restrictions due to a special event.
  • Crowlers and pints can be filled with regularly released beer or with other beers designated by Oswego Brewing Co., and solely at their discretion.
  • Crowlers and pints cannot be filled with any barrel-aged, third-party beers, or "Small Batch" beers of limited quantity.  You will, however, be granted early access to said types of beers to try them in the Tap Room.
  • Crowlers and pints can only be filled by the club member.
  • Memberships cannot be re-sold or transferred to any other individual.​
  • All fills must be completed by the end of the subscription month.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically every month. You can cancel anytime through the membership portal.
