Oswego Brewing Co.'s Event Room

Our Event Room is available to rent!  Situated at the back of the Tap Room, our Event Room can host up to 32 of your guests.  You are free to bring in your own food or have it catered by your favorite restaurant/chef.  You can decorate it in any way you wish and we'll even give you access to the TV monitor on the back wall.

The Cost

• 3-hour reservation;
• $75.00 fee to hold the room, non-refundable;
• $250.00 drink minimum, excluding any non-alcohol or to-go purchases;
• 20% gratuity will be added for all of your Event Room transactions and your guests' transactions for our staff.

The Details

• The Minimum is calculated for all guest checks at your event;
• Every separate tab will have to be started with a credit card, even if the tab is going to be paid by cash, and is subject to the 20% mandatory gratuity;
• Your party will have a dedicated bartender;

• The capacity of the Event Room is 32 people. If you expect to have more than 25 guests, we can arrange overflow into the main Tap Room, but you will lose privacy due to the overhead door being open. There will also be an adjustment to your drink minimum;
• You will have access to use the TV in the Event Room for a display if needed. It's an HDMI cable, so make sure to bring an adapter if you need one;
• A credit card will be required to start the Event Room tab. If the room minimum is not met, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file;
• The brewery does not have a kitchen. You are allowed to bring in food or catering, and you also can bring any non-alcoholic beverages for your party. No outside alcohol is allowed;
• You will have the Event Room for 3 hours. At the end of your reservation, the overhead door to the Tap Room (if it is closed) will be opened to help facilitate the winding down and ending of your party;
• The Tap Room does welcome all ages. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do ask you to use common sense when bringing your child to a brewery since it is an adult-oriented place.
• PRIVATE EVENTS ONLY - If you wish to host a public event, contact us in advance to discuss the details

Our current drink menu can be viewed here,  Pricing does vary by beer, seltzer, or cider. Soft drinks are also available for purchase.
